18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

All visual depictions displayed on this website involve models who were 18 years of age or older at the time of the creation of such depictions. All content displayed on the Crave platform is produced by third-party creators who are required to maintain records in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Record Availability

Records required to be maintained pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are kept by the Custodian of Records at the address listed above. These records are available for inspection during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding federal holidays) at the above address. Requests for inspection should be directed to the Custodian of Records in writing at least five (5) business days in advance.

Creator Verification

All creators must submit a valid government-issued photo identification document verifying that they are at least 18 years of age before they are permitted to publish any content on the Crave platform. This verification is performed through our identity verification system at the time of creator onboarding. Creators who feature additional performers in their content are required to obtain and retain documentation verifying that each performer is at least 18 years of age, and to provide copies of such documentation to Crave Digital Inc. upon request. Crave Digital Inc. reserves the right to remove any content and suspend any account for which adequate age verification records cannot be produced.

Exemption Statement

To the extent that any content on this website is not subject to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 (for example, content that does not contain visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct as defined by the statute), such content is exempt from the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Crave Digital Inc. nonetheless requires age verification for all creators regardless of the nature of their content.
