Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Crave platform ("Service"), operated by Crave Digital Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Crave Digital Inc.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally permitted to access adult content in your jurisdiction. Crave Digital Inc. employs age verification measures and reserves the right to request government-issued identification to confirm your age at any time. Any user found to have misrepresented their age will have their account immediately terminated. We do not knowingly allow access to minors, and any such access is a violation of these Terms and applicable law.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Crave Digital Inc. immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Crave Digital Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to another person without our prior written consent.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a creator or purchasing content, you authorize Crave Digital Inc. to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Crave Digital Inc. reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice to subscribers. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction and are your responsibility.

5. Creator Terms

Creators who publish content on the Service must comply with all applicable laws, our Content Policy, and these Terms. By uploading content, creators grant Crave Digital Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content through the Service. Creators retain ownership of their original content. Crave Digital Inc. takes a platform fee from each transaction, the current rate of which is disclosed in the Creator Dashboard. Creators are solely responsible for the content they publish and for ensuring they have obtained all necessary consents and releases from any individuals depicted. Payouts are processed according to the schedule and thresholds described in the Creator Dashboard.

6. Content Ownership

All content uploaded by users and creators remains the intellectual property of the respective owner. By posting content on the Service, you grant Crave Digital Inc. a limited license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the platform. You may not download, reproduce, redistribute, or re-upload any content from the Service without the explicit permission of the content owner. Crave Digital Inc. respects intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA takedown requests. Unauthorized redistribution of content may result in account termination and legal action.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Uploading or distributing content involving minors in any capacity
  • Sharing non-consensual intimate imagery or revenge pornography
  • Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users or creators
  • Circumventing age verification or identity verification systems
  • Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Scraping, data mining, or using automated tools to access the Service
  • Impersonating another person or entity
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or platform systems

8. Termination

Crave Digital Inc. may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to violations of these Terms, our Content Policy, or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Any outstanding creator payouts will be processed in accordance with our standard payout schedule, minus any applicable fees or chargebacks. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Crave Digital Inc. does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee any content posted by users or creators on the platform. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. Crave Digital Inc. makes no representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content available through the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRAVE DIGITAL INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. In no event shall Crave Digital Inc.'s total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Crave Digital Inc. in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. You agree that the limitations set forth in this section are fundamental to the bargain between you and Crave Digital Inc.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections based on venue or inconvenient forum. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
