Content Policy

Crave is an adult content subscription platform. All users and creators must comply with this Content Policy in addition to our Terms of Service. This policy exists to protect our community, ensure legal compliance, and maintain a safe environment for consensual adult expression.

1. Allowed Content

Crave permits the following types of content from verified creators who are 18 years of age or older:

  • Consensual adult nudity and sexual content involving verified individuals aged 18+
  • Artistic and editorial adult photography and videography
  • Adult-oriented written content, audio recordings, and live streams
  • Fetish and kink content between consenting adults, provided it does not violate the prohibited content rules below
  • Behind-the-scenes and lifestyle content from creators

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Crave. Violations will result in immediate enforcement action:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Crave maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy. Any suspected CSAM will be immediately reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.
  • Minors in Any Capacity: No individual under the age of 18 may appear in any content on the platform, whether sexual or non-sexual in nature.
  • Non-Consensual Content: Any intimate imagery shared without the consent of all individuals depicted, including revenge pornography, hidden camera recordings, and deepfakes of real individuals created without their permission.
  • Bestiality / Zoophilia: Any sexual content involving animals.
  • Incest: Any sexual content depicting or promoting sexual acts between family members, whether real or simulated.
  • Illegal Acts: Content depicting or promoting illegal activities, including but not limited to sexual assault, trafficking, drug manufacturing, or violence intended to cause serious bodily harm.
  • Extreme Violence: Content depicting real violence, torture, mutilation, or content that glorifies or incites violence against any person or group.

3. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated adult content is permitted on Crave only under strict conditions. All AI-generated content must be clearly labeled as such using the platform's built-in AI content tag. AI-generated content must not depict any real, identifiable individual without their verified written consent on file with Crave. AI-generated content depicting minors is absolutely prohibited and will be treated as CSAM. Creators are solely responsible for ensuring their AI-generated content complies with all applicable laws and this Content Policy. Crave reserves the right to remove any AI-generated content that it determines, in its sole discretion, poses a risk of harm or legal liability.

4. Verification Requirements

All creators must complete identity verification before publishing any content on the platform. Verification requires a valid government-issued photo ID confirming the creator is at least 18 years of age. Creators who feature other individuals in their content must maintain signed model release forms and proof of age for each person depicted, in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements. Crave reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation will result in content removal and potential account suspension.

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that you believe violates this Content Policy, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting tool or by emailing report@crave.app. All reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team, typically within 24 hours. Reports involving suspected CSAM or non-consensual content are prioritized and escalated immediately. You may report anonymously, and Crave will not disclose your identity to the reported party. We take all reports seriously and encourage our community to help maintain a safe platform.

6. Enforcement

Crave enforces this Content Policy through a tiered system:

  • First Violation: Content removal and a formal warning issued to the account holder. The creator is required to acknowledge the violation and the specific policy provision breached.
  • Second Violation: Content removal, a 30-day suspension from publishing new content, and a mandatory re-review of the Content Policy before reinstatement.
  • Third Violation: Permanent account termination, forfeiture of any pending payouts, and a permanent ban from creating new accounts on the platform.

Exception — CSAM and Non-Consensual Content: Any content involving minors or non-consensual intimate imagery results in immediate and permanent account termination on the first occurrence, with no warnings or appeals. Crave will report such content to NCMEC and relevant law enforcement agencies and will cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.
